I think when you use Federal eFile and Reporting the update should come from Aatrix.  So when you first start that task, it checks for the updates and you need to allow them to install.  I also feel like they are only installed on the workstation that allowed the update, so if you allow the Aatrix updates to install at one workstation, but then try to go back into the task again from another workstation, you have to allow the updates to install again.  I hope this will help.

I noticed the same thing, but I clicked on 2022 Form 941 and it allowed me to select 1Q 2023 in the dropdown date menu.  The form then prepared as a 2023 Form 941, showing an Aatrix Revision date of 3/7/23.

It sounds like the file that stores the form names didn't get updated properly when you installed the Aatrix update.especially if you select the 2022 form and it let's you select Q1 2023. Hopefully it fixes itself the next time you install an Aatrix update. If not please contact support.
