CORRESPONDENCE LOG - ADDING MULTIPLE LINE ITEMS AT ONCE

Hello, 

I use the Sage 300 Construction Correspondence log in the Project Management Module. I often have to hand type out 8-10 lines of repetitive information for each subcontractor I enter in the log. Is there a way to give the system the name of a subcontractor and have it automatically add in line items for a set of information similar to how a script could. 

For example Subcontractor A needs a line item for a Conditional Waiver, Union Dues, Certified Payroll, Fringe Benefits etc. and I will have to hand type each name and commitment number each time.
