Hi - what version of Sage 300 CRE do you have installed? We made improvements to the license expire message frequency in V22.2 update 1 which should improve/prevent the issue you reported.

Hi - looking at the article for downloading update 1, it says that after you install the update, the version in Help > About won't change. Follow the steps in KB 102359 to look at the Install Version History Log. If you applied v22.2 Update 1, near the end of the file you'll see Install Name: 22.2.1 Update 1. If you don't see that, log onto www.sagekb.com and search for article 117785 to download and install the update to your server and workstations.  

Thank you. I verified that the Install Version does have update 1 after the version. Other input has directed us to KB 109503 but that seems to just point back to download for update 1.
