I could not find a specific action to take specific to this error message. I think I'd try File Dr on the *.Q files after I back them up. Security is stored in them. You might also try to recreate the Master.qxm file. and if you do recreate it, it will probably need upgraded.
I am having the same issue - is this resovled?
I'd call support and get technical support for installation issues. We had a deal with a Windows update that caused the TS PDF Generator to fail. When we reinstalled that, we also had to change a setting to print directly to the printer. Wasn't something you could find in Knowledgebase and so regular support wasn't helpful this time, but technical support nailed the solution.
The 22.2 Upgrade has created a nightmare changing our security settings. I need to speak to someone at Sage. I have called for two days and have not received a call back.
Is changing the security/permissions setting NORMAL for this upgrade??
