Thanks for reaching out. Looks like you may have called in about this. Just tested the direct download successfully on the article: Download Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate 22.2 Accounting
The download completed using Chrome as the browser.

When I click on the link you shared, or when I click on the link on Sage's web page, I receive the error message, "Sorry there has been an error."
You'll notice that it appears that I'm not logged in. That also happens when I click the link. It doesn't matter what browser I use. It doesn't matter that I'm logged in when I click the link. It doesn't matter if I click within the window I'm viewing the page in, or if I try to open the link in a new tab or a new window. It doesn't matter if I copy the link and paste it into a fresh browser session.
I received resolution on this. DUH! I was trying to install from the Upgrade files, rather than from the WinInst files.
