Are you tracking production units on the cost codes in Job Cost?  The KB articles:What are production units and how are they maintained? and How do I enter production units in Job Cost? may provide you some information. Production units could be recorded weekly and compared to the labor cost for the same time frame. Generally custom reports would need to be built to make the comparisons since the defining of production unit is custom.
