There isn't a canned report for this.  You may be able to print this from JC - Inquiry - List.  Add the condition that the Status is Not Equal to Closed.  Then use the Excel button on the top of inquiry and save the file in whatever location you want.  It will open with Excel and you can sort it by Description (which for us matches our customer's name).
