Huh?  That's definitely not how they display.  Exactly what report are you printing?  Is it customized?

it "might" be linked to your windows display settings.  I know that some of our users get different results for Date displays and it turns out that it's due to how they have their settings for Windows.  Just a thought.

It is how negative numbers are shown on every report I run, however below  is a screenshot of the Ledger Running Balance report.

Thank you. I did check that after seeing your post and it was already set to the correct format in Windows. I was able to find the below in Report Designer > Tools > Customize > Preferences. It was the highlighted format, and I updated to the desired output, but when I run the reports it still shows the old format. I am now wondering if either it wont update the display of prior transactions or I need to go into each report and make this update. 

Is this for Sage 300 ERP or for Sage 300 CRE?  That customize window does not look familiar to me.

Thank you. Do you know how to update in a specific report? Even when I have the report I want to edit open in Report Designer, and I update the Tools > Customize > Preferences to the negative number format I want to use it still does not present the correct way. 

Never mind, I was able to figure it out!
