Tax filing status

We have employees who are using different filing statuses for federal and state withholding. When I try to add filing status to state in Sage 300 CRE, I get an error message stating that :"No status list available". Is there anyway to add filing status list to state?

Probably not a good idea. This explains how to setup the employee for a different filing status. I think filing status lists apply to states that have a table instead of a formula. So, if you were to change a particular state from a formula to a table, you are probably messing with settings that you should not be changing. I wouldn't recommend changing the state. Also, each time WH tax rates update, it would probably go back to the formula.
