While there isn't a tool to IMPORT equipment into the Equipment Cost application, the equipment records are ODBC creatable, meaning you could export the information from the records in the other company, then use MS Access to Append the information to your company Equipment master file.  We could put you in touch with a consultant to assist you if you are not familar with using ODBC or Microsoft Access and would like assistance with this.  You can email me if you would like to be referred to a consultant to assist you with this.  [email protected]
