Looks like you are in Canada.  EFTs and Direct Deposits generated out of Sage 300CRE use the CPA005 format.  A document that outlines the file specifications can be found here: https://www.payments.ca/sites/default/files/standard005eng.pdf

If your bank accepts the CPA005 format you should be able to generate direct deposits in Payroll and use the file that the program generates to send to the bank

The direct deposit output text format follows the National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA) requirements.
