We have a Job Cost History report that will list the Description(JC-Transaction) and the Invoice(JC-Transaction) but will not populate Ref1(JC-Transaction). Unless its on the Category desc line.

The sort order is Process all Transactions in Job (JC - Transaction), Extra (JC - Transaction), Cost Code
(JC - Transaction), Category.sort (Design Formula), Accounting Date (JC - Transaction),
Sort.summarize (Design Formula) order.

    There's insufficient information to repond fully and accurately to your question.  Unless you are printing a list of all or filtered detail from the JC Transaction records, the "Ref1" field would not display.  Check your report settings for "Summarize by" when setting totals and your sort order in conjunction with Print Controls. Unless you are sorting and summarizing by "Ref1", or printing complete detail, you wouldn't expect to see the "Ref1" field.   More information is needed to offer specific help.
