Does anyone do their vendor check run through paperless?  We are looking to do check run somehow through paperless, sending the check, invoice & all backup to the Vice President of company & him being able to approve & sign the checks electronically & us printing the checks & mailing them out.  We are looking for a very secure way of doing this so only the Vice President can sign the checks with a special ID that no one else would have.  Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
