I would be interested in your experiences with Arcoro, at the moment I am have difficulty getting their team to respond in a prompt and timely manner, I have two emails in with questions concerning other items which I haven't received any responses one was sent on Mar 2nd the other was on Mar 3rd, other emails were sent that had the same lack of prompt replies. I am posting here in hopes of getting some help, I'm sure they are busy and can't tell them how to conduct themselves all I can say is that I don't wait days to respond to emails...
