We are an Ohio company that is looking to streamline some of the payroll processes.  Not necessarily to outsource payroll, since we are in the process of developing our own program to enter daily job cost/payroll into the system via Office Connector.  However we are struggling and looking for suggestions/recommendations in the following areas:

1.  ACA and W-2's at the end of the year

2.  Prevailing Wage Reports and all of the differenet electronic submittal processes

3.  Keeping track of and reporting "no work week" prevail reports.

If anyone has any suggestions or would be willing to share how they have streamlined these processes, we would greatly appreciate any input!
