AatrixForms.exe

Has anyone experienced an issue with AatrixForms.exe "dropping"?  I issued one set of 1099's and when I tried to issue the second set I received a message that AatrixForms.exe forms was no longer found.

  • YES!!!!!!!!! I was just trying to start my 1099's and I received the message AatrixForms.exe not found in c:\program file (x86)\Aatrix Software\Aatrix Forms\STO folder.  I get this message from AP.  When I try it from Payroll, I get an error message that says check the log.  The log indicates that the same file can not be found.  Someone help please.  Is there a way to reinstall the Aatrix piece?

I also have an issue with pdf printouts.  System will save the report but it cannot be opened.  This started happening after the upgrade to 20.5.  Very frustrating when trying to get through yearend.

I tried to run 1099s yesterday and there was an Aatrix update.  It got hung up on the BUILDER.EXE file.  Got on a chat with the help desk and got our IT consultant on the system.  Sage gave us a way to get download directly from Aatrix running as administrator.  Our IT got a different error code...1310.  At this point I have an open ticket with Sage.  This is an issue with Sage and Aatrix.  We have done other Aatrix updates this week, including the second tax download, everything worked fine.

In addition, ever since the update to 20.5.1 some of our custom reports through Report Designer won't work anymore. The data that the report is designed from is not able to be selected.  The Custom Fields option is no longer available in the Field List.  This is a real problem and is included in my open ticket.

Thank you for the information.  Hoping this is resolved soon.

I received the above article for suggested workarounds regarding AatrixForms until the issue is identified and resolved.   Option IV has worked for me so far.
