I am following the instructions for option II in KB 19543 for How to Archive the Log Viewer.  I have done this last June using this method of moving the QLM file and it worked quite well.  However now when I go to do it it gets to the validation summary screen, shows all green check marks, but the next button is grayed out.  I searched the knowledge base for help on a grayed out next button in file tools, but nothing I found fixed our issue.  I ran properties on the PVData\MASTER_QLM folder and it's over 2.25GB.  Does anyone know if that is the issue with this?  Is the data I'm trying to move too large to use File Tools on?  I know someone in the past had an issue with Equipment and the underlying cause was too much data but I don't remember what the size was.  Has anyone used option III to manually move the QLM?  Option 1 takes so much time.
