It looks like it did update just not correctly. Where did you enter the change order? Is it for a contract or a commitment?
Contract... I never had this taken place before.
Make sure you are up to date with your monthly closing. Meaning close the month in the contracts module. If you are more than two months behind the current month the contract module doesnt update properly.
Yes it is closed and updated... Still nothing

Did you make sure that you checked the Release to accounting and Revise contract amount checkboxes located under the Status dropdown?
Hi, did you check in Contracts, that your original contract amount line items are all approved? They cannot be proposed or released.
I did... It is "Approved"
Does the original contract have the correct job number linked to it on the General tab of the line items?
