Depending on your sort preference try under Payroll Reports, Pay Period Processing, Time Sheet View. This will take the conditions you want but it will sort by employee.

If you want it  sorted by Jobs then try this as a starting base: JC, Reports, Entries, Cost Entries by job, and add your cost code condition.
