You cannot reopen any of the modules once you have closed them, however the only time this might be an issue is if you are running reports that include the current month or last month fields from the master file totals, which most companies don't use.  You can still run reports with date ranges and your billing will still show the correct Previously Billed and correct Contract Totals, and this won't affect your processing.
