I am printing reports for an audit and need to show annual totals. The "Check Activity" report is perfect except its almost 50 pages long. Is there another report in the Payroll module that condenses the check activity information to totals only?

Yes, in the KB there is a report that is summarized by employee. Can I print the Payroll Check Activity report to only show employee totals? (38983)
Thank you - when I try to download the report listed in the article you mentioned, I get an error. How do I download that report?
What is your email? I will send you the report design.
THANK YOU!
The report design will need to be saved in your Sage 300 CRE report folder then either added to your report menu in PR or run from report designer.
Can you send me this report also...
Denise,I am interested as well, I;ve been exporting check detail (range of pay periods) to excel then using pivot table to summarize. Over 200 employees, 52 weeks worth of data...very time consuming.
Please email that report to me also. [email protected]. Thanks!
Hello Denise! I haven't received your email yet. Could you try to send it again?
Hi everyone! You can download the report right away from our knowledgebase. Go to Sagekb.com and enter 38983 in the search, or click this link:
https://support.na.sage.com/selfservice/viewdocument.do?noCount=true&externalId=38983
Thanks!
I've sent the report to Katie and Sue as they indicated they were having problems downloading it from the KB
Denise is correct. The report in the Knowledgebase shows a link of https://support.na.sage.com/selfservice/. Not of an actual report to download.
I believe the confusion is that some users are attempting to "right-click" on the link. The link is clickable, and a standard mouse click on the link downloaded the report to my "Downloads" folder automatically without any error is issue.

That is interesting, because when I left click the link, it brings be back to the Self Service homepage.
Hello Denise! Can you please send the report to me again? I never did receive it. Thanks!
The article has the download at the bottom. When you click on it, it downloads and then you have to save it to your reports folder.
Under attachments, yes. And that link does not work for me. It brings me back to the Self Service homepage.
Worked for me :) Thanks you,
