MyAssistant Skipping Email Recipients Randomly When Emailing Reports

Hi Everyone,

I have tried several times with Sage, the creators of MyAssistant and our IT Company to figure out why MYA skips random email addresses each month on monthly emailed reports. 95% of my recipients receive their emailed reports successfully. Usually we find out that nothing was emailed to the client when they contact us to ask "Where is my report?" It seems to be random and not the same email address each time. It is a painstaking process to sort through sent emails to see which ones didn't populate and process. Is this an issue with Sage, MYA or Outlook? I see the email listed in MYA but I am not cc'd in Outlook on the ones that do not get sent to our clients. Any help is greatly appreciated as this has gone on for over a year!
