Does anyone use Procore Resource Management Tool to import time to Sage 300 CRE on prevailing wage jobs? We are wanting to do it if there is an easy way. I know I will probably have to create a new time entry view for these jobs.

Our Superintendents email or hand submit written weekly timesheets, which I then transfer onto an excel spreadsheet, convert to text, and import. We are open shop so we don't use the Union setup in PR. However, you can easily customize the import template to include the different fields you want, so I don't see why you couldn't add that. Go to Tools > Customize Time Entry and you can see all of the available fields; the Union fields are available.
We have a client that enters time in Procore - but they don't use the expensive package to export time. They export to simple excel sheet and we have a crystal report the converts it into a PR import file.
We export time from the Procore Timesheets tool. In the configuration settings of the Timesheets tool, you can select Sage 300 CRE as your payroll software so the tool exports time to a TXT file that Sage can import. You select the columns that you want to export in Procore and configure a Sage time entry view to match. For prevailing wage jobs, you just need to make sure your certified classes in Procore match the certified classes in Sage. The Pay Rate Tables in Sage are driven off of the certified classes, which is how we handle prevailing wage jobs.
This what we are doing as well. We have prevailing wage and non prevailing wage jobs at the same time so do you do 2 imports? I am having trouble if I click the certified in Procore set up then the non prevailing wage jobs will not import because it says missing info.
