I would use the Pay Period Processing > Deposit Summary report. You could also use Tax Preparation > Subject to Employee (would be the taxable amount listed).

Those are the reports I have used but it doesn't show the gross because of pretax deductions.  They want me to tie out payroll by state to the GL.  

Do you use WC codes? I have a WC report by WC code that breaks out totals by state.

That will probably work and then I can just add the Owner's compensation.  Thanks for your help.
