None of the employee paycheck stubs YTD gross match their gross earnings on their W2's. This includes employees hired during the 2020 year so it can not be a carryover from last year. Does anyone have any idea why?

OMG! So stressed about this I didn't even think about our cafeteria plan! Thank you!
We have the same problem. We have a retirement plan but not everyone is included in it. We also have health insurance but not everyone is enrolled in that.
I'd be interested in learning how to do that. I've been learning this job (previously document control, never in HR before) and this software by the seat of my pants, video tutorials, and lots of reading. Now that I am starting to get a firm grip on things I suppose creating reports for specific purposes might be my next new adventure.
