I use the Subcontractor Complaince program in Project Management.  It allows you to check in subcontracts, insurance, certified payrolls and lien waivers if you track all those as well.  There is also a Compliance Report in Project Management you use too! Hope that helps a little!

I see the Lien Waivers tab along with Certified Reports, Ins and Misc.  Where do you upload unsigned contracts and then track that they have not been signed?

I put them in the Misc tab.  I altrack other misc monthly reports I have to track in here as.

How did you get the Misc Compl Type to show Signed Contract?  I have a limited list of options there.

Sorry, my last post wasn't a complete sentence! lol I am glad it helped.  So if you go to Common Tasks > Company Settings > Custom Descriptions.  Then in the AP section for Misc Type, it is in there where you can edit the fields.  Hope this helped!
