Hello, if you have the payroll module, go under reports, click on time sheets and you can range based on period ending. Usually I get the reports  in excel thru the queries and you can use PIVOT TABLE to get the results you want.

You could use the PR Employee Hours inquiry to do this as well.  IN Payroll, select Inquiry, Employee Totals, Employee Hours. By default this inquiry includes Employee ID, Employee Name, YTD Regular Hours, YTD Overtime Hours and YTD Total Hours.  Columns can be added to the view if you need to see additional informatioin.  A Condition can be added using the FILTER or CONDITIONS button to show only those employees who are currently employed, based on termination date = 0, if you are populating the termination date when employee stops working for your company.  Click FILE, PRINT to print the report, or alternatively can export the results to excel.

Is there a way to run this report by job also?

You would need to use an inquiry that processes from the time records in order to get it by job. If you need it sorted by Job there may be a report in the KB that does that. When I have a little more time I will take a look to see what we have and respond.

If you have access to the KB there is a report attached to KB 42250 that may work. I will download and run it either later today or tomorrow to have a look at it.
