In need of a little help closing out 2019.  Just started here and 2019 is still open.

Since I'm new to Sage and have had minimal training, I need help.

CPA is looking for me to do an adjusting entry for the Accounts Receivable Account.  We need to show this adjustment on the Aging Detail by Customer for year ended 2019 for audit purposes.

Does anyone know how to complete this?
