I attached a crystal report in MyAssistant on the email tab so I could use the Report Options to send it as an Excel file to a saved location for an outside vendor. There is a formula in the Crystal report to only pull for active jobs. However, the report ends up showing activity for all jobs. I then put a condition on the MyAssistant task to only pull for active jobs. How can I get the task to keep the conditions I set in the report and within the task?

Attached crystal report on a MyAssistant task, on the email tab, does not deliver the same results as when running the crystal report on its own.
