Additional Information 2:

If I attempt to create a new design in Report Designer and select the JC Job Cost Code Custom Fields Record from the Records Available, it cannot be found on the list. 

Yet I can edit cost code custom fields in Job Cost and can run reports that read those custom fields. 

It's there somewhere.  I just can't find it!

I finally Found it!!!

I went to Report Designer > File > Company Settings > Custom Fields and Clicked JC Cost Code.  It allowed me to add JC Cost Code Custom Fields to the list of available records.

I don't know why it had dissapeared.  I'm guessing it had something to do with changing to Windows 10 on the workstations.
