Running Sage CRE 300 Version: 18.2.2 (18.2.2)   on Windows 2008 R2 server

I upgraded Aatrix forms today (Nov 28 2019)  in Payroll after an update prompt.
Now going into "eFile and Reporting" it crashes with the following message:

AatrixForms has stopped working:
 Check online for a solution and close the program, or
 Close the program.

The "AatrixForms.exe" under:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Aatrix Software\Aatrix Forms\STO\

The file details under properties is listed as:
File version 19.4.12.0
Product Version: 19.4.1.0
Date Modified: 11/27/2019 6:04PM

It happened after the original update prompt and upgrade finished, and after I click "eFile and Reporting" in Payroll..

I also tried to re-install Aatrix from:
https://www.aatrix.com/partners/sage300construction/updates/

but after installing the update from that page, it still displays the same error and the file version above is from after re-installing Aatrix from the partners sage 300 construction updates url above.

Any suggestions? I've already rebooted the server.

After I click "Close the Program" it displays the regular New or Saved report prompt - it also displays the "Close the Program" after creating a new ROE and closing but not saving the ROE.
