I am attempting to created equipment repair jobs to track all shop personal activities.  We use HCSS Heavy Job for time keeping in the field and we are looking at having our mechanics use it. 

Does anyone have  a good template for equipment repair labor to model the Heavy Job payroll export off of?

Does anyone have a good method for unique next numbers for repair work orders.

Has anyone found a way to setup work order budgets for equipment repairs?  If an external product is used how is that data imported into Sage?
