Hi,
I'm having issues with trying to import a time entries file into Payroll. I've been reading that the file has to be a .txt and that I need to make sure there are no headers and each column needs to be made exactly how our layout is. Is there an easier way to do it? I feel like me editing these files once I have exported them from our third party user then attempting to import will take as much time as me just manually entering in everyone's time. We are using Site Max (was using Sage Construction Anywhere but now have recently switched) so not having the option of approving all time and it instantly being in our Payroll program is kind of saddening! From what I know Site Max is new and is not a licensed Sage integration user.
I saw a few Youtube videos but it was confusing on how I needed to format the document before submitting and I also have no clue what an error file is since the program asks me to attach one.
If anyone has insight please help! TIA
