Report for scheduled rent increases?

I'd like to have a report that shows all of my tenants that have a scheduled rent increase and the increased amount for a particular time period. Does anyone know if there is a report template for something like this, or what formula I could use to create this type of report?

  • I have a report that I created years ago in report designer. It asks for a starting and ending date and prints the property, tenant, charge type, effective date, increase type and amount. It uses the PM lease and PM Lease recurring charge log fields. I can't figure how to upload the file here, but can send it to you if you want it.

    is there any chance you would still have this report you created in report designer.  We need to enter scheduled rent increases for over 800 tenants and the import report would be very much appreciated.
