Default Save As folder

Does anyone know how to change the default save-as / export to folder?

I'm specifically trying to export takeoff back up files and it always defaults to a MB7 subfolder

Hi superaccountant,
Unfortunately, you cannot change the default path. You will need to select a new path each time you export.

I bypassed this by adding a shortcut to the folder I use most in the folder Sage defaults to. I just double click on the shortcut when the Sage default opens. Hope this helps.

@ghollister Why can't we change the path?
Follow up question: Why would Sage think that's a good idea?
