Hello crowntech - welcome to Sage City. You can find the steps to migrate your licenses and data to a new server in the Sage Knowledgebase at support.na.sage.com/selfservice. Choose Sage 100 Contractor 2014 as the product, then type 22426 in the search box (this is the article ID number). As far as compatibility, 2012 R2 is supported, but you will want to make sure .NET 3.5/4.5 is enabled. See article ID 36779 in the Knowledgebase for more information.
