Add Field to Progress Billing Report

I am trying to add the architect name and address and the job contact name  to the progress billing report and coming up with issues.  I believe these are calculated fields but not sure how to program it.  Can somebody tell me how to add the following?

1) Architect Mailing Label (Name and complete address)

2) Owner Contact for the Project (Name)

    Jeff F- You woud have to edit the form design to be able to add those calculatied fields to the report. If you are not familiar with how to modify a report, you would need to call into Customer Support at 1-800-866-8049 and we can give you some pointers on how to do that.

    Jeff - We are holding a form design class in a few weeks that will discuss adding calculated fields to forms like the progress bill.

    In the meantime if you are comfortable in form design, you can copy the calculations from the AIA form fill report 51 on the progress billing report printing screen.  That will pop up the System.AIA_Form.  Click on edit>form design.  Once in the form design, click edit>calculated fields, select the drop down arrow.  The aiarch^nmeadd is the architects name and address calculation and the reccln^mallbl is the client/customer name and address. You will need to copy the calculations to your progress billing form.
