Work Order details mysteriously moving to an unrelated work order for a different client and deletes the values that were there. 

Any ideas on how this happens and what we can do to prevent it?

    You might have your work order numbers set to "next" but not unique.  If you have multiple users creating WOs, then you need to remove the "next" option and let Sage assign the WO# when the user saves the record.  This eliminates duplicate work orders by accident.  Log in as co admin, and click press F7 to look at the field properties
