Miscalculated assemblies in Sage Takeoff?

SUGGESTED

Good day, I have several assemblies that I pull into the takeoffs for parts of the homes we build. I have a problem with some of them showing enormous numbers in comparison to what I was expecting. When I go to make a new takeoff template and add the assembly it works just fine, It just seems to be on some of the existing templates that I have this problem. For example I have an assembly for footing and wall concrete, the assembly unit is in cubic meters and so it calculates the cost per meter to be around $240 or so, the footing has 7.5m of concrete but the total for footing concrete is showing $63,XXX for the assembly in the cost column next to the quantity column.

Any ideas why it could be doing this?

Hi Troiwest Builders. If those takeoff lines have a Formula in them, you may want to check under the Project Values tab for those formulas. The other possibility is that those templates with the issue may be damaged.

Here is a picture of what I am experiencing, for example I have an assembly for "Rain water leaders" each assembly unit includes 100ft of pipe and 4 stand pipes. in this template I want one unit and its showing $19,741? I am having this problem with concrete and a number of other assemblies.

The extended cost appears to be correct in this example however I don't know without manually calculating and I would like to have the cost for the total assemblies showing as correct also.

Do I ignore the cost column and only look at the Ext cost?
