Hi Jenn,
Not sure what you mean by data dump, but invoices can printed to Excel by clicking the Excel icon at the top of the printing window. Regarding the aging report, if the vendor appears there it means they have AP invoices in an Open status. This could mean you have credit invoices that have not been applied to the open invoices. In this case, you would apply the credit against the invoice in 4-3-1 and then print a $0 check and post it.
