Anyway, the article says to copy the Company Folder, while you are logged into the company.

Why?

What is the difference if you copy the folder while Sage isn't even running?

The Help files say to copy MB7\Your Company as well as MB7\Report Forms, MB7\Custom Reports, and \Users\Username\...\S100C but the KB article only lists MB7\Your Company. Why do these two suggestions not agree?
