Sage 100 Estimating for Earthwork Contractors

I apologize in advance if I am posting this in the wrong location.  I could not find anywhere to post a question within the Sage 100 support section.

I have been watching a few of the videos that are offered in the support section, and we also purchased the lessons in Sage University for the Sage 100 software.  First off, the Sage University videos relating to the Estimating portion are really just an overview, and not really lessons as such.  I see some separate lessons there for Estimating itself, so maybe that is what we need.  Second, is there a major difference between the Estimating "module" that I see for other Sage products, and the Estimating that is "built-in" to Sage 100?  I can't seem to see any screens that look like the ones in the information videos, when I open up the estimating in Sage 100.

I am curious to see if any other Earthwork contractors are using this product, and how they like it.  How did you set up your "parts" and "assemblies"?  Some of the videos reference "databases", but I don't know where those are, or where to set them up.

Again, I apologize for the ignorance on my part.  I would love some information, or even a nudge in the right direction to find the information.
