We are too, ever since we upgraded our server. No one can seem to help us.

That would be your IT companies issue.  But you can start by seeing if there is an update to the printer driver for that printer.

Hi Dylan and Leanne. If you changed servers, then maybe the information in KB article 100949 will help.
