Not with an IP Address change.  The clients will connect to the License Server by IP Address, or by Computer Name (Sage's installation documents and the install process recommend by IP Address).  The clients then connect to the Database using Server Name\SQL Instance Name.

So, after the Server IP Address change, you will likely need to update the connection to the License Server (which you'll be prompted to do when it cannot find it at the old address).

Todd,  Thank You Very Much!  We also have a Sage client update to do so I was thinking it may be decent timing to change the IP address and update the client with the new license IP at the same time or the morning after.  Not sure if this would help or not.  Any thoughts on that?

It would make sense to perform both together. I'd change the IP Address of the server, then perform the update where you will be required to specify the IP address anyway.  You'd have everybody out of the software to perform either/both anyway, so together they would be out one time.  Also, any software update would have to be performed at the server as well as the clients.
