Instead of running report 5-1-9-29, run report 5-1-9-61 Quarter Earnings~Prior Year and check the Radio Button for Quarter 4.  You can check the box to Skip 0 Earnings or sort it alphabetically if you wish.  New report for a new multi-year payroll system.

Where is this report located I can't find it.

I assume you are running Sage 100 Contractor Version 24.3.26 or 24.3.38 and you Closed your payroll year in 5-3-8, rather than Archived your payroll year in Database Administration on your server. If you Archived your payroll, then open the archive and run 5-1-9-29.

Go to 5-1-9 Ytd/Qtd Earnings, look for report 61 Quarter Earnings~Prior Year.

These were reports were added in the December year-end update, so you would need to update your software in order to see them.

Also, just to clarify the payroll close also resets the QTD earnings just like the archive does, so that's why there were no 4th quarter totals to report on with the standard reports. The new set of Prior Year reports gets the numbers from the closed year totals. If you like more information on the new payroll close process versus archiving, see KB article 117061.
