Hi, KMB,. It sounds like an issue with the Aatrix program files. You can reinstall these files by renaming the C:\Program Files (x86)\Aatrix Software folder, then running the installer for whatever version of Sage 100 Contractor you currently have installed. This will create a new Aatrix program folder and will not affect Sage 100 Contractor. After doing this, you will need to go into 5-4-1 in Sage and update Aatrix forms. All of the forms will be old so it will take several minutes to do the forms update.

Thank you for your response.  I have not yet downloaded the year end update and am currently on V24.2.113.  Apparently this issue will not be fixed through the year end update?

It's not an issue with Sage 100 Contractor, but rather the Aatrix program files. So, if you rename that folder you can just run the installer for 24.2.113 and that install includes the Aatrix installation (Aatrix is a third-party program that we integrate with that we include with our install).
