Can I safety delete failed backup folders from C:\Sage100Con\Temp?

I had a few backups fail on Friday and they are taking up over 140 G of space on the C drive. Can I safely just delete those folders?

Those files do not look like our Sage 100 Contractor backups.

Yes, you can delete those folders. Each of them is a failed backup that either timed out (by default there is a 2 hour limit on nightly backups) or was otherwise interrupted.
