DBA Tool

Hello,

I need some feed back from Sage admins and Sage IT.

We have a new CFO who is somewhat familiar with sage 100 they are training with a Sage trainer to come up to par. 

With that being said CFO is requesting we setup the Start DBA tool for them.

We as the IT firm do not setup or install or configure local RDP on any of the networks we support it add another layer of security to our networks. 

In the past all request for things done on Sage server were sent to us and we executed them.

What is the concensus from you all do you set this up for non IT users like CFO etc?

If not what do you tell as to why not to do it?

We even got sage support email stating not to allow non IT user on the sage server so??

What do you all do with this issue??
