I have used the T&M Module for 22+ years and a number of my clients use it quite successfully as well. 

The lack of a Reprint T&M Invoices among the system reports is a serious shortcoming, but it is easily overcome with a fairly simple custom report and report form that any certified consultant should be able to help you with.  Or as the original developer of program expected - just print off a PDF of the invoice before you post it.  Attach the PDF to the resulting 3-2 record.

The lack of detail in the posted record is now also solved by a feature that is now a couple of years old.  In the 3-2 record of a posted T&M Invoice, go to the Options dropdown menu click on T&M Job Costs.  This gives you a complete listing of all the items included in your T&M Invoice, and from there you can drill down into the job cost record to see everything that is available in the system for that job cost.

Hi Jasin. This would require a customized report to re-run posted T&M invoices. The instructions for this are in KB article 17803. The article also has a pre-built reprint report file and report form file in the Attachments section that you can download and use.

I do not know how you got to that knowledgebase article, but I tried searching prior to asking this question and that never popped up.

But I appreciate that as it looks to be the exact thing I require.
