Unfortunately there is not a way to do a mass email to multiple contacts with only the documents for them.  And in the subcontracts and PO's you might want to check the details to make sure they are not too generic especially the subcontracts.  Typically you want the description column to contain the actual work description which may be more than just the word subcontract or the cost code name.
